Adding unlisted locations to the HTC Sense Weather app

The HTC Sense Weather app which comes with the HTC Sensation, has a database which has a predefined set of locations for which it can fetch weather data. But the problem with this is that many locations which you might want to check forecasts for might not be available in it's database. For example, I wanted to list forecasts for Siolim, Goa, India, but the weather app did not have this in it's database. Which means that I just would not be able to have weather forecasts for Siolim, Goa on my phone. But then, I also found out that when I'm in Siolim, I was able to get weather forecasts for Siolim. Later, once when I was googling out about this "issue", I came across a few articles which suggested that it was "possible" to add unlisted locations to the weather app database. Problems using a capacitive touchscreen whilst charging

Yesterday whilst travelling by train, I decided to charge my phone at one of the power sockets provided in the railway coach. As the journey was long, the phone battery wouldn't have survived all throughout the travel, moreover because the railway route was full of patchy mobile signal. During the time when it was connected to the power supply, I noticed that I was just not able to use the touch screen. I tried hard to swipe my finger to unlock the phone, all in vain. So, when I gave up trying to operate it, I observed things moving on their own on the screen, I could see the camera starting automatically. Out if curiosity, I just unplugged the charger cable and everything was back to normal. Capacitive touch screens use a layer of capacitive material to hold an electrical charge; touching the screen with your finger changes the amount of charge at that specific point of contact.
